Our client is lead contractors with full project scope: civil, structural, and architectural works, including, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) fit-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall delivery of the data centre project from planning through to completion.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
Provide strategic leadership and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
They are looking for a project director to lead all aspects of the fast-track build who has the following attributes.
