This is a 6-month contract role, offering the chance to manage a stand-alone payroll function in a fast-paced environment.
This will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while gaining exposure to international operations within a leading global business.
This role will suit a payroll professional with a minimum of 3 years experience within a busy environment looking to join a high calibre finance team based in south Dublin.
The Role Accurately process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls Compile clear and concise payroll reports and summaries to support the management team Post payroll entries to the accounts system with precision and attention to detail Conduct payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including reporting and statutory submissions xcfaprz The Candidate Minimum of 3 years experience within an international payroll position Understanding of accounting principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong proficiency in Excel The Rewards Salary range, €45,000 to €50,000 Bonus Flexible working hours Hybrid working Skills: Payroll Analyst Payroll Payroll Specialist Benefits: Bonus Flexitime Hybrid Working
