EHS Advisor

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Leixlip, immediate start. In this role, you will play a key part in driving and supporting critical safety initiatives on a large-scale, high-profile construction project within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

As an EHS Advisor at ASafe Global, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Environmental, Health and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, and promoting a strong culture of safety excellence across all project activities.

• Support the implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures on site
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and company EHS standards
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Assist in incident investigations and reporting
• Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness initiatives
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders on all EHS matters
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and records

• 1-4 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably within construction or semiconductor environments
• A relevant degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory requirements
• Experience working in high-risk or fast-paced project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement control measures
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certified.
