Klarent Hospitality is accepting applications for the Klarent Graduate Manager Programme 2026. This programme is a 2-year experience aimed at developing future hospitality leaders. You will spend two years across two different properties in the UK/Ireland, gaining knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness and leadership skills. You will receive coaching from industry experts and be mentored by senior management to support your personal and professional development. A structured, high impact pathway into management for the next generation of hospitality leaders.

• Develop first class service across Food & Beverage and Front Office in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and be prepared to relocate at the end of the first year of the programme
• Have a degree, or be in the process of gaining a degree in a hotel/leisure/tourism discipline by September 2026
