About You
ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
Proven forensic accounting experience, including preparation of expert reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including financial modelling
Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Organised and able to manage multiple assignments
Clear communicator, able to explain complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders
Professional, confidential, and proactive approach
About Your New Role
Always
Lead forensic accounting investigations, analysing financial statements, management accounts, and supporting documentation
Prepare robust expert reports, including loss of earnings, personal injury claims, business interruption, and company/share valuations
Support dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation
Mentor and guide junior colleagues, contributing to their technical development
Often
Collaborate with legal teams, barristers, and other xcfaprz experts to support case strategy
Quantify financial losses and provide clear, evidence-based conclusions
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Occasionally
Assist with expert witness preparation and court appearances
Contribute to process improvements and methodological updates
Never
Compromise on accuracy or integrity of financial analysis
