Benevis Dental is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered dental care across multiple affiliated practices within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key member of a collaborative clinical team, you will travel between offices in your assigned region to deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative procedures, simple extractions, endodontic therapy on select teeth, preventive care, and limited pediatric and emergency services. You will use modern digital technology and evidence‑based protocols to ensure accurate diagnosis, efficient treatment, and strong clinical outcomes, while maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and adhering to all regulatory, infection control, and quality standards. Working closely with hygienists, dental assistants, office leaders, and regional clinical leadership, you will help stabilize provider coverage, reduce patient wait times, and improve access to care for underserved and diverse communities. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys variety in clinical settings, can adapt quickly to different practice workflows, and appreciates the opportunity to learn from a broad spectrum of clinical cases and colleagues. Benevis Dental fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and you will be supported with clinical resources, mentorship, and ongoing continuing education to refine your skills and grow your career. You will be expected to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families, present treatment options and associated costs in an understandable way, and promote preventive oral health practices. The Traveling Associate Dentist will also contribute to practice performance by maintaining an efficient schedule, supporting standardized clinical protocols, and participating in quality and compliance initiatives. In return, you will benefit from a stable schedule, administrative and billing support, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on oral health outcomes across multiple communities while enjoying the professional variety and autonomy that comes with a traveling clinical role.
