We are searching for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH. Role will require presence onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
Purpose The Manager, Sales Force Excellence drives sales execution quality through CRM optimization, KPI tracking, and adoption of standardized sales processes and tools. Conducts root‑cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and leads initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and operational discipline. This role supports sales force excellence across the capital and clinical sales teams.
You will be responsible for:
Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy and performance dashboards.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines.
Provide insights that shape targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
Qualifications / Requirements
4+ years in sales operations or commercial analytics.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Strong CRM and reporting expertise.
Analytical and process‑driven with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000.00 – $203,550.00.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington).
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
Military spouse time-off – 80 hours per calendar year.
