We work with fintechs selling to banks, industrial technology providers serving critical infrastructure, and digital infrastructure operators facing increasing regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001.

The Role We’re looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to support the growth of our outbound pipeline across Europe.
The role includes identifying target companies, engaging decision-makers, and running initial discovery conversations before passing qualified opportunities to our senior cybersecurity advisors.
The position involves consistent outbound activity and disciplined follow-up across a high volume of prospects, with a strong focus on execution and daily pipeline progression.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research target companies across Europe
Build outbound prospect lists using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Wiza, or Lusha
Execute structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
Engage founders, CTOs, and technical leaders
Run short discovery calls to understand cybersecurity and compliance challenges
Qualify opportunities and hand them over for advisory sessions
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM tracking (Pipedrive)
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in:
Cybersecurity
IT services or consulting
Compliance / risk / governance advisory
Enterprise SaaS (technical buyers)
Tech companies selling to regulated sectors (fintech, infrastructure, industrial tech)
Fluency in English
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Strong ownership of daily activity and pipeline progression
Tools & Stack
CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
LinkedIn and email outbound workflows

Structured thinking and disciplined CRM usage
Consistency in follow-ups and outbound activity
Ability to manage pipeline through clear next steps and CRM accuracy
Curiosity for cybersecurity and regulatory environments
Confidence in engaging senior technical stakeholders
Additional languages (Italian and Dutch are a plus)
