Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pain points and differentiating PRO solutions.
Proactively penetrating accounts and generating business at new sites.
Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships with the highest level of integrity.
Developing and executing a strategic territory plan encompassing lead generation, cold calling, product demos, technical seminars, application feasibility tests, and customer support coordination.
Achieving technical and application proficiency with all Mettler Toledo Process Analytics products and maintaining competitive and market knowledge.
Using application knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Maintaining CRM data daily, completing weekly reports, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
Additional duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field.
5+ years of sales experience within the process instrumentation or process engineering spaces.
CRM experience, preferably SAP.
Ideal location in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Ability to travel up to 50% overnight throughout the entire state of Texas.
