This role is part of the Network Operations Team and focuses on supporting a large-scale, multi-site infrastructure including data centers, offices, and retail environments. It requires strong hands‑on experience in networking, troubleshooting, and security across enterprise environments.
We’re looking for a strong Network Engineer with must‑have skills:
Strong experience with
Cisco networking (routing & switching)
and
Palo Alto firewalls
Good understanding of
WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks
Experience in
network troubleshooting, analysis, and performance tuning
Knowledge of
network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Experience with
VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection, and network security practices
Hands‑on experience with
VoIP systems and connectivity support
Ability to work in
24/7 environments with on‑call support rotation
Strong documentation skills including
network diagrams, configurations, and incident tracking
This role involves working closely with cross‑functional IT teams to support infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of network systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Installing, configuring, and managing network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless, routers, switches, firewalls)
Troubleshooting network issues and coordinating with ISPs/vendors
Monitoring network performance and implementing optimizations
Managing user access, backups, and network security compliance (PCI, SOX)
Supporting VoIP setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Maintaining documentation and network configurations
