What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities to grow our customer base.
Create professional proposals, designs, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with the Foreman and team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through the renovation process with honesty and expertise.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience:
At least 3 years of success in a consultative sales environment.
Construction Knowledge:
Experience in construction or design (landscaping and home remodeling is a plus).
Communication Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication to connect with clients and colleagues.
Motivation and Integrity:
Self-driven, reliable, and committed to excellence.
Driver’s License:
A valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
