About Panel Panel is building a new kind of local advertising network.
We install high-quality digital displays inside high foot-traffic local businesses—gyms, cafés, plazas, and more—and turn them into shared media platforms where other local businesses can advertise affordably and effectively.
Our mission is simple: Help local businesses reach real customers in the places they already go.
We’re extremely early. This is a true 0 → 1 opportunity to help shape both the product and the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
The Role We’re looking for a Founding Sales Partner to help build and define our go-to-market motion from scratch.
This is not a traditional sales role.
There is no playbook, no script, and no pre-built funnel—you’ll be responsible for figuring out what actually works.
You’ll act as both a seller and a builder.
What you’ll own:
Identifying which types of local businesses convert best (as hosts and advertisers)
Developing the sales pitch and positioning
Doing direct outreach and in-person meetings with local business owners
Closing early founding hosts and advertisers
Building a repeatable sales system
Helping shape pricing, packaging, and offers
As Panel scales, this role can evolve into a leadership position.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build and lead the sales team
Own a geographic region or expansion market
Shape long‑term business strategy
Step into a senior leadership role (Head of Sales, CRO, etc.)
Compensation & Structure This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role (not an employee position).
It is designed for someone who wants maximum ownership and direct upside tied to performance. You will operate independently and be responsible for generating and closing revenue, with full flexibility in how you structure your time and approach.
Compensation includes:
Commission: High commission on all closed deals
Equity: Meaningful early‑stage equity (founding‑level stake)
As Panel grows, compensation scales directly with the revenue you help generate.

Logistics
Based in Orange County (in‑person meetings with clients required)
Flexible schedule (remote work when not in the field)
Part‑time or full‑time depending on availability
