What We’re Looking For In Our Graphic Designer
You are an experienced design professional who will create and deliver creative materials across print and digital channels to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events. You will work closely with Marketing partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand design solutions that meet project goals and timelines. Here’s What You’ll Do
Design a wide range of commercially effective marketing materials, including proposals, brochures, infographics, email and digital assets, social media graphics and reels, event booth graphics and signage, PowerPoint presentations, and more. Prepare creative work for print and digital production, ensuring files meet specifications and best practices. Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting agreed‑upon deadlines. Review and quality‑check your work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Stay current with design trends, technologies, tools, and best practices. Here’s What You Might Be the Perfect Fit For
Bring 5+ years of graphic design experience from a corporate or agency environment. Enjoy designing a wide variety of digital and print marketing materials. Feel confident working in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Express); and comfortable on a Mac. Are proficient in Figma and enjoy collaborating through shared design tools. Have strong skills in Microsoft applications, including creating polished and engaging PowerPoint presentations. Understand print production, file setup, and industry best practices. Manage time effectively and feel comfortable prioritizing multiple deadlines. Take pride in your work, with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Communicate clearly, collaborate well with teammates, and stay organized across tasks.
