Physical Therapist -Full

RET Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, evidence-based physical therapy to patients requiring injury rehabilitation, management of chronic musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, and post-surgical care. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs designed to support optimal recovery, restore function, and promote long-term health. As a Physical Therapist at RET Physical Therapy, you will manage a diverse caseload of orthopedic, post-operative, and chronic pain patients, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, and patient education to achieve functional goals. You will document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently within our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with professional standards, payer requirements, and clinic policies. You will collaborate closely with referring providers, surgeons, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care, update on patient progress, and refine treatment plans. A key part of your role will be educating patients and their families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to support long-lasting outcomes beyond the clinic.
