Benevis Dental is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting high-quality dental care within a collaborative, efficiency-driven environment. As a Dentist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health conditions while ensuring a positive, comfortable patient experience. You will perform examinations, develop treatment plans, complete restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and simple extractions, provide prophylactic and periodontal care, and educate patients and families on oral hygiene and long-term care strategies. Working closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, you will help optimize clinical workflows, support evidence-based practices, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives that enhance both patient outcomes and office performance. In addition to direct patient care, you will maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the practice management and electronic health record systems, adhere to all regulatory and infection control standards, and participate in case reviews and team meetings. Benevis Dental’s culture emphasizes mentorship, ongoing professional development, and innovation in patient care, allowing you to expand your clinical skills through continuing education, exposure to new technologies, and collaboration with experienced providers. This role is ideal for a Dentist who is motivated by community impact, comfortable treating a broad range of ages and backgrounds, and committed to delivering accessible, high-quality dentistry in a supportive, team-based setting. You will have the opportunity to influence practice growth, support referral relationships, and help drive initiatives that improve access to care in underserved communities, while benefiting from the operational support of a leading dental support organization.
