Associate Dentist

As an Associate Dentist at Benevis Dental within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a fast-paced, community-focused practice. Working in collaboration with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members, you will perform comprehensive oral evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize both clinical excellence and patient comfort. You will provide restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures, educate patients and families on oral health, and ensure all care is delivered in accordance with evidence-based clinical standards, state regulations, and practice protocols. In this role, you will leverage Benevis Dental’s robust operational and clinical support systems to focus on dentistry while benefiting from streamlined scheduling, billing, and case management. You will document all findings and procedures accurately in electronic health records, collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve quality and efficiency, and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect.
