CHCA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, with exceptional customer service skills and call center background professional who is enthusiastic and motivated to join our team.


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate responses.
  • Assess and troubleshoot callers’ needs, transferring calls to appropriate staff as needed.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, referring them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Initiate intake applications for the Workforce Development Department.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
  • Prepare and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for paraprofessional staff.
  • Coordinate room reservations and food orders for company activities and meetings.
  • Maintain authorizations for check pick-up and oversee check distributions.
  • Distribute notices and other miscellaneous documents.
  • Support multiple departments when required.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to assist customers and a commitment to providing high-quality service.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service principles and practices
  • Competency of basic computer skills, to include but not limited to Microsoft outlook
  • Must be able to speak, write, understand, and communicate in both English and Spanish Language
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in work hours/ schedule
  • An understanding of the cooperative movement – its values, strengths, and potential a plus
