Job Summary
Courtyard by Marriott North Brunswick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales efforts. This role will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and maximizing overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the sales department
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, group bookings, and coordination
- Maintain sales records, contracts, and documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team
- Monitor sales progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all sales systems, tools, and materials are up to date
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or sales support role
- Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, Marriott systems) is a plus
