STARTING PAY OF $20.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Real Green is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative , you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

· Provide product and service information to assist customers

· Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution

· Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.

· Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

· Comfortable assisting customers outside of a call center environment
