Pattern Promotions We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our organization. This pivotal role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and strong multitasking abilities to ensure our front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.  

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
