Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to provide administrative and clerical support in a healthcare setting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth unit operations by managing patient records, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting patients and visitors
• Maintain and update patient records accurately in EMR systems
• Coordinate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and departments
• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges by preparing documentation
• Monitor and order unit supplies as needed
• Ensure documentation compliance with facility policies and confidentiality standards
• Provide administrative support to clinical and nursing staff
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred)
• Prior healthcare or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
