Temporary Customer Service Rep

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer emails
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service dispatching
• Provide real-time updates and support to customers
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service requests
• Assist with inside sales by recommending services and solutions
• Enter and manage customer data in scheduling/CRM systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, data entry, or CRM systems preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high call volume and email communication
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
