Position Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Shift: 7AM - 4PM with Rotating Weekend Coverage

Job Summary

The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth across assigned locations. This position oversees site visits, supports branch teams during grand openings, and ensures full compliance with local, national, and corporate standards. Acting as a key partner to operations and sales leadership, the manager develops action plans to improve performance metrics, strengthen customer retention, and elevate the client experience
