We are looking for someone who can do more than just answer the phone. We want a CSR who can create a great customer experience, stay organized in a fast-moving office, and help turn inbound calls into booked jobs.

Full-time
Schedule will be discussed during the interview process

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and urgency
• Make outbound calls to customers and happy calls
• Schedule service appointments and help keep the board full
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Support dispatch flow and technician scheduling
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Enter accurate customer and job information into the system
• Help keep the office organized and moving

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional presence
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• Good computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience in home services, dispatching, or call center work is a plus

• Build trust quickly over the phone
