Logistic Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented and experienced Logistic Customer Service Representative for Houston, TX. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Pay Rate
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Logistic Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on order status when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints. Input relevant information into the customer database accurately.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Logistic Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service and industrial related field required.
• Imports/Exports experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM software required.
