Description:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contract for customer inquiries and purchase orders. Interact with customers via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Customer Portal Updates: Receive new orders and updates through various customer portals daily.
- Interface with Production Control: Daily interaction with Production control to provide ship dates to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions when necessary, scheduling the appropriate services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate management team member.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of customer parts.
- 2-3yrs Customer Service in Distribution or Manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Details oriented and analytical.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Proficient computer skills with the abilitgy to learn new software. Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferences
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- CRM & ERP (Profit Fab, Made to Manage)
- Metal working industry
