The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President with a focus on MLOps and DevOps Engineering to play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the infrastructure that supports its AI and machine learning platforms. This senior-level position is highly visible and hands-on, situated at the crossroads of engineering, data, and cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling MLOps pipelines, productionizing AI/ML and GenAI workloads, and designing and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS, with a strong emphasis on MLOps and DevOps experience across AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and GitLab CI/CD.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in MLOps, DevOps, or platform engineering, with a key priority on strong, hands-on MLOps experience in production environments. The role requires deep expertise in AWS, particularly with SageMaker, and a strong background in Kubernetes/EKS and containerized environments. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, strong scripting skills (Python or similar), and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) are essential. Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and will be instrumental in driving automation, reliability, and performance across the platform, as well as implementing monitoring, governance, and security for AI workloads.
