Benevis Dental is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to provide high-quality clinical care across multiple affiliated practices within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key member of a collaborative, patient-centered team, the Traveling Associate Dentist will deliver comprehensive general dentistry—including exams, diagnostics, preventive and restorative treatments, simple extractions, and basic endodontic procedures—while rotating among offices to support patient demand and access to care. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys variety in their schedule and practice environment, and who is passionate about improving oral health outcomes in diverse communities. The Traveling Associate Dentist will work closely with local clinical teams, hygienists, and support staff to ensure efficient, evidence-based care and an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include performing thorough examinations, developing and presenting treatment plans, obtaining informed consent, and delivering treatment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and patient comfort. The dentist will document findings and treatment in the electronic health record, adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, and follow Benevis Dental’s clinical protocols and best practices. Because you will work across multiple locations, you will also help maintain consistency of care, support continuity for recurring patients, and step in to cover providers as needed. In alignment with Benevis Dental’s culture of continuous improvement, the Traveling Associate Dentist is expected to stay current with clinical advancements, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to practice-level quality initiatives. You will collaborate with practice leaders to identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, patient satisfaction, and access to care, particularly in underserved areas. This position offers substantial exposure to a wide range of clinical cases, providing opportunities to grow your skills, build confidence in treatment planning and case management, and learn from experienced clinicians across the network. The role requires a dentist who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing a mobile schedule, including regular travel between assigned offices. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will educate patients and families on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care, while fostering trust and long-term relationships. Benevis Dental offers a supportive environment focused on mentorship, professional development, and innovation in patient care, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the communities you serve while advancing your career as a general dentist.
