Clinical Fellows and Speech Language Pathologist

Point Quest Group is seeking passionate Clinical Fellows and Speech Language Pathologists to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality, person-centered speech and language services across a variety of settings. As part of a multidisciplinary group dedicated to Special Education and Healthcare, you will support children and adults with diverse communication, language, and swallowing needs, helping them build skills that promote independence, participation, and long-term success. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s strengths and goals. You will work closely with educators, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, contribute to IEPs and treatment plans, and ensure services are aligned across home, school, and community environments. Clinical Fellows will receive structured supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians, with regular feedback, observation, and support as they progress toward independent practice and professional certification. Your day-to-day work will include direct therapy, progress monitoring, family and caregiver coaching, and timely documentation within our electronic systems.
