Pappas OTP, a leading outpatient physical therapy provider based in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, helping patients recover function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. As a Physical Therapist at Pappas OTP, you will manage a varied caseload that may include orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal conditions. You will document all care accurately and efficiently using our electronic medical record system, track patient progress with objective outcome measures, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and patient response. Patient education is central to this role, and you will regularly provide instruction on home exercise programs, activity modification, injury prevention, and long-term self-management strategies. You will work closely with a supportive, collaborative team of clinicians and staff who share a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
