Über

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Experienced in managing a territory of physicians promoting new products, complex projects, and healthcare solutions across the Tri-County area. Self starter ready to take on new product lines. Values the vision and strategies of the Healthcare System, inclusive of Clinical Integration, Population Health, Medicare Advantage and Value Based Care. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years experience required in healthcare business development, physician relations, recruitment, marketing, healthcare sales, client management, and/or in a relatable field/internship alike. Experience should include data analysis reporting, relationship management, clinical quality measurement, health metrics, volume/growth metrics, knowledge of the healthcare landscape and/or provider contracting. Other Information: Ability to travel to cover the assigned territory 70-80% the time.Additional Education Info: Business or Healthcare Administration or In a job related field.Education equivalency - Four (4) years of related experience required in the following areas may be substituted in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree. The areas are data analysis reporting, relationship management, clinical quality measurement, health metrics, volume/growth metrics, knowledge of the healthcare environment and/or provider contracting.
