IT Support Technician

What you’ll bring to the role:

-         Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st & 2nd line preferred)

-         Knowledge of IT Support ticketing systems

-         Ability to support MS O365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc.

-         Demonstrable experience of hardware support, laptop builds, patching, etc.

-         A self starter able to work with minimum supervision

-         A strong desire to be involved in various infrastructure projects

-         Willingness to travel to other sites as required by the business

-         Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work efficiently
