grounds in the Surrey Hills and we are looking for a pro active lead to drive
commercial performance across sales, events, and revenue functions.
The position is a fixed term contract for 15 months working 40 hours per week and is
based at the hotel.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proactive, results-driven professional
who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering
exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Sales & Marketing
leadership, you will take overall responsibility for the hotels Sales function, ensuring
delivery of the business objectives and strategic growth plans.
You will lead and manage a team including:

? Revenue support
? Wedding & Events Assistant Manager
