Über
What You’ll Do
Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to Cloudflare solutions
Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts
Develop and present customer presentations at all Enterprise Customer levels
Lead demo and proof‑of‑concept activities for Cloudflare prospects and customers
Create professional content—white papers, blog posts, and other knowledge sharing materials—demonstrating expertise of Cloudflare products
Represent and evangelize Cloudflare at industry events, developer communities, cybersecurity forums, and technology conferences
Provide vertical or domain expertise to advise on best practices
Core Qualifications
Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a customer‑facing technical role with CDN, security, networking, or SaaS solutions
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently
Highly driven, curious, collaborative, and proactive self‑starter
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
Desirable Skills
Fundamental understanding of customer network and/or application architectures
Detailed knowledge of hybrid cloud workflows (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with application and network security concepts
Knowledge of SaaS application environments, VPN, remote access, SIEM, and log analytics platforms
Client OS fundamentals and software distribution experience
Experience interacting with senior leaders to communicate network and security transformation messages
Routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD‑WAN, local internet breakout expertise
Understanding of end‑user and application security risks—DDoS, malware, phishing, viruses
Knowledge of competitive CDN and internet security markets
Bonus Points
Graduate‑level degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (not a strict requirement)
Certifications such as Azure/AWS/GCP Architect or other relevant technical certifications
Location & Travel Miami, FL (work‑from‑home). The role requires up to 50% travel for meetings with prospects, customers, conferences, and collaboration with Cloudflare teammates.
Additional Requirements Position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
