Overview Client is seeking a Business Analyst II / Communications Resource to support a 6-week Microsoft Intune implementation across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. This role will partner with technical teams, project stakeholders, and end users to help drive a smooth rollout of Intune and Autopilot, with a strong focus on documentation, end-user readiness, pilot coordination, and change communications. The ideal candidate can translate technical work into clear process flows, user guides, FAQs, and stakeholder-facing updates. Core Responsibilities Support project kickoff activities, scope confirmation, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and meeting planning Document current-state and future-state processes for Intune, MECM, device enrollment, application deployment, and endpoint management workflows Partner with technical and business teams to gather and document requirements related to Intune, Autopilot, enrollment, compliance, security, application deployment, reporting, and user experience Convert technical configurations into clear design documents, process documentation, end-user guides, support runbooks, and FAQs Support implementation tracking for Windows Autopilot, Intune enrollment, application deployment, device policies, compliance policies, and reporting needs Coordinate pilot activities for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device rollouts, including scheduling, communications, feedback collection, issue tracking, and summary reporting Develop user-friendly communications such as announcement emails, quick-start guides, enrollment instructions, and change summaries Support knowledge transfer by organizing project documentation, capturing key decisions, and helping ensure handoff materials are complete and accessible
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies Experience in business analysis, project coordination, communications, or change management within enterprise IT initiatives Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and Autopilot projects Ability to document requirements, processes, workflows, and technical designs in a clear and structured way Experience creating end-user communications, support documentation, FAQs, and training or readiness materials Familiarity with device enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, and endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users in a cross-functional project environment Strong written communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Preferred Skills or Experience Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, MECM, or co-management environments Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD, Conditional Access, compliance policies, and app protection policies Experience supporting BYOD and corporate-owned device programs Exposure to Company Portal, endpoint security reporting, update rings, and device compliance reporting Experience supporting pilot programs, rollout communications, and end-user readiness for device management initiatives Familiarity with onboarding or offboarding mobile device platforms such as BES
Work Details Remote 6-week contract
