Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, child-centered occupational therapy services across clinic, school, and community-based environments. You will support children with diverse developmental, neurological, and learning needs, focusing on improving fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, and participation in daily routines.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help implement individualized treatment plans, prepare and adapt therapeutic activities, and track progress toward functional goals that promote growth and independence. You will collaborate closely with OTs, educators, behavioral specialists, and families to ensure integrated, evidence-informed support tailored to each child. Responsibilities include carrying out goal-directed interventions, assisting with assessments, documenting services in compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and sharing practical strategies with parents and caregivers for effective carryover at home and school.
This position is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the lives of children while working within a supportive, inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. At Point Quest Group, you will be part of an organization specializing in Special Education and Healthcare services, committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve optimal outcomes. You will participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development to strengthen your pediatric and school-based practice skills, while enjoying a dynamic work environment that encourages diversity of thought and continuous learning. Employees benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, as well as the chance to grow within a mission-driven organization dedicated to fostering independence and lifelong success for the individuals we serve.
