Physical Therapist

ProRehab Physical Therapy, a leading outpatient orthopedic practice based in Evansville, IN, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to a diverse outpatient population, helping individuals recover from injury, manage pain, and restore optimal function and quality of life. As a Physical Therapist at ProRehab, you will independently evaluate patients, perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. You will deliver a full spectrum of outpatient orthopedic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and functional movement retraining. You will regularly reassess progress, adjust plans of care, and collaborate with referring providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. You will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries that clearly reflect objective measures and functional outcomes. Education is a key component of this position; you will provide patients and their families with clear instructions on home exercise programs, activity modification, and self-management strategies to support long-term success. This is an on-site clinical role within our outpatient physical therapy environment, requiring regular direct patient contact, safe and appropriate use of equipment, and adherence to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
