Full Time Nurse Practitioner

Allied Digestive Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within a large, partner-led group of gastroenterology specialists across more than 45 offices and endoscopy centers. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with a broad range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment. You will perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations, with a focus on digestive health, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in partnership with our gastroenterologists. Day-to-day responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, reviewing procedure and imaging results, prescribing and managing medications, and providing pre- and post-procedure assessments and follow-up care for patients undergoing endoscopy and other GI procedures. You will help manage chronic gastrointestinal conditions such as GERD, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and functional bowel disorders, adjusting therapies as needed and educating patients on lifestyle modifications, medications, and preventive strategies to optimize their long-term digestive health. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff, you will contribute to a culture that emphasizes compassion, respect, and open communication, ensuring that every patient receives coordinated, high-quality care. The practice environment is supportive and growth-oriented, allowing you to blend cutting-edge gastroenterology medicine with meaningful, relationship-based patient care. You will be expected to document all encounters thoroughly and accurately in the Electronic Health Record, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and assist with triage and management of urgent GI complaints as appropriate to your scope of practice.
