Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing compassionate, high-quality surgical care within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As an integral member of our multi-specialty practice, the Oral Surgeon will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including routine and complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, pre-prosthetic surgery, dental implant placement, bone grafting, surgical management of oral pathology, and treatment of dental and facial infections. The role includes conducting thorough consultations, reviewing medical histories, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and clearly communicating options, risks, and post-operative expectations to patients and their families. The Oral Surgeon will administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and general anesthesia as appropriate, following strict safety protocols and collaborating closely with clinical staff to monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting all clinical findings and procedures in the electronic health record, coordinating care and referrals with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists, and contributing to a seamless continuum of care across Brident’s multiple locations. The successful candidate will model best practices in infection control and OSHA compliance, help maintain and optimize surgical equipment and digital imaging technology, and support the training and mentorship of dental assistants and other team members. Working within Brident’s supportive and inclusive culture, the Oral Surgeon will participate in ongoing professional development, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives, while helping to advance our mission of accessible and affordable dental care. This position is ideal for a surgeon who values teamwork, continuous learning, and the opportunity to positively impact diverse patient communities through safe, efficient, and compassionate surgical dentistry.
