to lead the development of enterprise dashboards and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. This role will own
Power BI reporting, data modeling, and KPI development , while partnering with teams across finance, operations, marketing, and e-commerce to turn data into actionable insights. What you’ll do: Build and optimize
Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models Define and standardize key business metrics (margin, CAC, customer, operational KPIs) Enable
self-service reporting
and train end users Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions Support underlying
data pipelines and data models
(Azure SQL, Snowflake, ERP systems) What you bring: 5–8+ years in
BI / analytics , with deep
Power BI expertise (DAX, modeling, performance) Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL preferred) Experience with modern data warehouses ( Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery ) Background working with
complex data environments and multiple data sources
