Company Description MN Tech Services is an IT Consulting company located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota with over 25 years of technology & business experience. We offer support services for hardware, networking, communication, and other technology needs, from planning to installation, upgrades to maintenance, we can do it all. Role Description This is a part-time/contract (with high potential to become closer to full-time as our needs increase) Information Technology Technician role at MN Tech Services. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues as well as providing support & assistance with other IT tasks. The IT Technician will ensure smooth operation by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to systems, applications, and network connectivity. The expectation will be to deliver exceptional customer service, document critical systems & processes, and train users on systems and software. This role will be maintaining computer systems and providing remote support to various clients. This position will be ON-SITE up to 3 days a week near Minneapolis, MN, with the potential for other on-site work as needed. Some remote work will be available. Qualifications & Skills Possesses exceptional customer service skills Prior experience as an IT Technician or similar role Office 365 administration experience Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques Windows OS troubleshooting and desktop support skills Exceptional communication skills and training abilities General understanding of networking troubleshooting Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently IT certifications and education are beneficial but not necessary
