Dental IT (and sister company Tenacity IT) are MSPs supporting dental practices across the UK as well as local businesses. We take pride in doing things properly, treating clients well, and backing each other as a team. We’re now looking for a capable IT Support Engineer who actually enjoys solving problems and getting stuck in.
*The role*
This is a hands‑on support role with real responsibility.
You’ll mainly be working on:
* Helpdesk support for our customers, remote and occasional onsite
* Troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, networks and devices
* Network and server maintenance
* Failure investigation and root cause analysis, not just quick fixes
* Supporting and delivering IT projects as part of a wider team
We expect you to think.
*What we’re looking for*
* Real world MSP experience is strongly preferred
* Solid troubleshooting skills and a logical mindset
* Comfortable with modern workplace setups including Microsoft 365, cloud services, security tooling, and remote working
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Well presented, professional, and confident with customers
* Curious, switched on, and willing to learn
* Nerds and geeks very welcome
We are not overly concerned with formal qualifications. Experience, attitude, and competence matter far more.
