- Cork Full-Time | 38 Hours | €38,000-€40,000 + Bonus An exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing store within a busy shopping centre environment.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven Store Manager with a strong passion for fashion, visual merchandising and team leadership.
The Role Lead, motivate and develop a large team in a fast-paced, high-footfall store Drive sales performance and consistently deliver on KPIs Take full ownership of store operations including stock, VM and loss prevention Maintain exceptional standards of customer experience Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise results About You Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion or high-volume retail Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales Passionate about people development and building high-performing teams Energetic, hands-on and thrives in a busy environment Strong visual merchandising and brand awareness xcfaprz Why This Role?
