Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing advanced surgical care in a modern, patient-centered environment. As a key clinical provider, you will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including routine and complex extractions, wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement, pre-prosthetic surgery, bone grafting, management of oral pathology, and surgical support for orthodontic and restorative treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that aligns with our commitment to accessible and affordable dentistry.
In this role, you will evaluate patients through comprehensive examinations, imaging review, and medical history assessments to develop safe, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and other appropriate modalities, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Utilizing advanced dental and surgical technology, you will focus on predictable clinical outcomes, patient comfort, and efficient workflows. Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families will be essential as you explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care instructions.
The Oral Surgeon will contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture by participating in case discussions, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will have opportunities to mentor clinical staff, support ongoing training efforts, and stay current with advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development. Brident Dental & Orthodontics emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, encouraging you to share expertise and help elevate the overall standard of care across multiple practice locations.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused surgeon who values clinical excellence, consistency of care, and the ability to impact a diverse patient population. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining high standards for infection control, documentation, and regulatory compliance. In return, Brident Dental & Orthodontics offers a stable, growth-oriented environment, modern facilities, and the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team dedicated to enhancing patient experiences through exceptional dental and surgical care.
