In this role, you will manage a diverse outpatient caseload, document thoroughly and accurately in our electronic medical record system, and regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans based on progress and current best practices. You will educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for long-term self-management and injury prevention. You will actively contribute to case discussions, coordinate care with referring providers and other healthcare professionals, and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.

This position offers a primarily outpatient clinical setting with the possibility of limited remote or administrative work depending on clinic needs. Typical responsibilities include scheduling and managing a full, yet reasonable, caseload; maintaining compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards; and contributing to community outreach or education as appropriate. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical practice.
