Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive clinical quality assurance audits for outpatient and residential programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Conduct utilization reviews to evaluate medical necessity, documentation quality, and fidelity to treatment plans.
Prepare written audit findings, summaries, and recommendations for program leadership.
Assist in monitoring compliance with OMH and OASAS regulations and agency policies.
Maintain accurate records of audits, reviews, and outcomes in accordance with department protocols.
Support training and technical assistance efforts that improve documentation practices and clinical quality.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of counseling experience
required .
Current QHP License required or credential applicable to OMH and OASAS programs, such as: LMSW, LMHC, LCSW.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Location This position is located at 55 Dodge Rd, Getzville NY but has the opportunity for remote work in accordance with departmental needs and agency policy.
Hours This position is full‑time from Monday – Friday.
Compensation The range of pay for this position is $52,644 – $61,418. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.

Stationary posture with frequent standing/sitting alternation.
Mobility between nearby work sites and within facilities.

Handling light duties, moving objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
