The Role
We are hiring a
Global Project Manager
to support projects across Ireland and US sites. This is a
highly customer-facing role , where you will act as the key point of contact for clients while managing projects across their full lifecycle.
Hybrid role- 1 -2 days onsite (Longford-based) with flexibility for US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project delivery across the full lifecycle (planning through to completion)
Develop project scope, statements of work, timelines, and resource plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers across multiple sites
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across Ireland and US locations
Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including maintaining risk registers and escalation
Manage project dependencies and critical path requirements
Support NPI and project transfer activities (site-to-site production moves)
Oversee validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ
Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and standard operating procedures
Lead meetings with global stakeholders across Ireland and US teams
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience is essential
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ Project Management experience (PMP Certified)
Background in injection moulding, medical xcfaprz devices, or contract manufacturing, with exposure to NPI, validation, or transfer projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with strong communication, organisational, and planning skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
