The Roles
The positions will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Advising clients in relation to the purchase, financing, disposal and leasing of all types of property
Advising generally on all property-related matters, including security, receivership and mortgagee transactions, property due diligence and landlord and tenant issues
Drafting, reviewing and amending commercial real estate contracts generally, including sale/purchase contracts, leases, surrenders, variations, heads of terms, side letters and license agreements
Generally working alongside the head of the department of real estate transactions to ensure a seamless service is provided to clients
Engaging in practice development to grow the commercial real estate practice
Other ad-hoc work, property-related work as required
Required Experience
Comfortable with all stages of commercial property transactions
Irish or UK qualified Solicitor with experience in the Property team of a commercial law firm
Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team
Strong commercial focus and business acumen xcfaprz required
A sociable person, capable of communicating at all levels, with an ability to communicate points clearly in a non-confrontational manner
A calm and measured approach to problem-solving
A willingness to work hard above and beyond normal office hours if required
