Project: Residential Development - Flagship. Large-scale residential development including infrastructure, services, and landscaping.
Role Summary
Responsible for managing all on-site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met
- Enforce health & safety compliance and conduct site inspections
- Plan short-term schedules and resolve delays
- Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections/snagging
- Keep accurate site records (diaries, reports, RFIs, drawings)
- Liaise with Project Manager, design team, and stakeholders
- Attend site meetings and report on progress/issues
- Resolve technical issues and ensure works meet specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years in similar role with strong residential experience
- Proven delivery of projects
Qualifications
- Degree or trade background in construction/engineering
Skills
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management
- Good programme and sequencing knowledge
- Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations & BCAR
