A leading professional services firm is expanding its Strategy team in Dublin and is seeking an Associate Director / Director with deep Life Sciences (HLS) expertise to help shape the future of the sector.

Why This Role
This is not a generalist strategy role. We are specifically seeking someone with strong, proven experience in Life Sciences — spanning pharma, biotech, medtech or healthcare services. You will work with innovative, high‑growth organisations, supporting them to define strategy, unlock value, and navigate complex transformation and deal environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver corporate strategy projects for Life Sciences clients
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery including problem definition, analysis, insight generation and presentation
- Support and drive business development activity within the Life Sciences sector
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Bring structured thinking and clarity to complex strategic challenges
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years’ experience, including consulting at a managerial level
- Proven, deep expertise in Life Sciences (HLS) is essential
- Strong track record in strategy consulting and/or M&A advisory
- Experience contributing to or leading business development and sales efforts
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
- Additional experience across pharma, biotech, medtech or wider healthcare ecosystems is highly desirable, along with a strong academic background in areas such as engineering, economics or life sciences.
